Mizzen Brackett to for yawl rigs

A while back, way back it seems, MIK gave me the blessing I needed to design a yawl version of the GIS. In this version, the mast moves forward and a mizzen mast is stepped at the transom, offset. This custom-welded, aluminum bracket bolts to the transom and allows the mast to step on top of the aft tanktop.

Standard Sails

  • Aluminum construction 2" tube 1/8" walls
  • Comes with shim and #10 machine screws to mount
  • $150 + shipping (price subject to change)
  • Contact me and I will confirm pricing and send a Paypal link to pay.

This bracket was the first to be made for an early GIS yawl kit. It worked great. It could have been painted, but the builder kept it as is, so it isn't as shiny as they look when they ship.

A boomkin (included in Complete kits for the GIS) steps through the transom and wedges into a block on the tanktop.
